Is there a long-term contract?
No. All plans are month-to-month after a 3-month minimum engagement (which covers build and deployment time). After that, cancel anytime with 30 days written notice.
What's included in the setup phase?
The first 6–10 weeks of any engagement cover discovery, workflow design, build, testing, and deployment. This is included in your retainer — there's no separate setup fee.
Can I start on one tier and move up?
Yes. Most clients start on Essentials or Growth to prove the model, then expand once they see ROI. Tier changes take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
What if the Audit shows I'm not a fit?
We'll tell you. If your current operations aren't ready for automation, or if the ROI math doesn't work at your scale, we'll say so honestly and point you toward what would help more.
Do you work with businesses outside the US?
Not currently. All OpsRova clients are US-based service businesses. This lets us focus our expertise and maintain the response times our SLAs require.
